About the Role:
Yedvi is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sr. Executive in Accounts to support the finance and accounts department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
- Maintain up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Support transaction processing, including bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare or assist with financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements
- Efficiently enter financial data into accounting software
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and other accounts
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and procedures
- Pass accounting entries to ensure compliance with regulations and audits
- Prepare and file tax returns (GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS) including calculations and reconciliations
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP 6)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
